All services are based on information provided by the client. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax savings, refunds, or business results. All decisions made based on our services are at the client’s own discretion and risk.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

Review documents and filings prepared on your behalf

Maintain proper financial records

Promptly notify us of errors, changes, or omissions

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service quality and outcomes.

5. AI Assistant (“Lucy”)

Our AI assistant, Lucy, provides general information, intake assistance, and appointment scheduling only. Lucy does not provide professional accounting, tax, or financial advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified ProBalance professional.

6. Appointments, Fees & Payments

Appointments are subject to availability

Fees vary by service and will be disclosed prior to engagement

Late arrivals, no-shows, or unpaid balances may result in rescheduling, suspension, or termination of services

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

7. SMS Communications (A2P Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ProBalance related to appointments, service updates, reminders, and relevant promotions.

We do not sell or Distribute mobile information with External parties for marketing purposes.

8. Confidentiality & External-Party Services
